Pepper spray to the face for no good reason, or shot to death by accident? Maybe you just need a False Arrest Lawyer New York City because they hauled you in for not putting the word "in" in your ad copy where it belongs. Whatever the reason, no matter how good the police force is, and let's admit that the NYPD is world class, any force of that size is going to have a couple people who either make a genuine mistake, or shouldn't really be police. I wouldn't do it unless it were pretty clear they messed up, but if you do Sue NYPD, maybe be extra careful not to jay-walk or litter for a while until they no longer see you as the enemy. Afterall, we're all just trying to live together in peace.
